What is Two Minute Reports?
Two Minute Reports (TMR) is a reporting tool that connects your marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and analytics data sources directly to Google Sheets and Looker Studio - without writing a single line of code.
Instead of manually exporting data from each platform and copy-pasting into spreadsheets, TMR lets you define what data you want, and pulls it automatically on a schedule you set.
TMR is built for marketers, agencies, and businesses that need reliable reporting across multiple platforms.
Why teams use TMR
- Pulls data from 30+ sources including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Shopify, HubSpot, and more
- Delivers it to your destination - Google Sheets or Looker Studio - where you already work
- Keeps it fresh with scheduled auto-refreshes (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Supports multi-account reporting - connect and query multiple accounts per connector simultaneously
- Requires no code - configure connections, queries, and schedules from a simple sidebar or portal
Agency use case: manage multiple clients
With TMR, agencies can add and manage multiple clients in one workspace.
For example, if your agency handles Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, and Shopify for different clients, the Clients feature helps you:
- Create separate dashboards for each client
- Monitor goals and budgets from a single reporting setup
- Track campaign and store performance without switching between tools
- Share clear, client-ready reports faster
The two destinations
TMR supports two reporting destinations. You choose one when you sign up - it is included in your base plan at no extra cost. You can add the second destination later as an add-on.
| Destination | Best for |
|---|---|
| Google Sheets | Custom dashboards, pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet-first workflows |
| Looker Studio | Interactive visual reports, client-facing dashboards, and data blending |

How it works
TMR organises your work into three core concepts:
- Connections - Authenticate your data source accounts (e.g. your Google Ads account, your Shopify store). A connection links a connector to a specific account.
- Queries - Define what data to pull: which account, date range, metrics, and dimensions. Each query maps to a sheet tab (Sheets) or a data source (Looker Studio).
- Schedules (Basic plan and above) - Set queries to refresh automatically so your reports always show current data.
